Thai Mushroom Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic Thai-inspired pilaf dish made with mushrooms and served with a side of golden kissed dutch spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Mushroom
- β2 cups Golden kissed dutch pilaf rice
- β2 tablespoons Kissed golden olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Dutch spices
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh cilantro

1. Heat the kissed golden olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the mushroom and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Add the golden kissed dutch pilaf rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the dutch spices, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry for another minute.

5. Stir in the lime juice and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
