Gluten-Free Coconut Cream Pastry
A delicious gluten-free pastry filled with a creamy coconut cream, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients
- β1 sheet Algerian Pastry Doughmake sure it is gluten-free
- β1 can Coconut Creamchilled in the fridge
- β1/2 cup Low Fat Creamwhipped until stiff peaks form
- β2 tablespoons Granulated Sugaroptional, for sweetness
- β1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extractoptional, for flavor
- β1 tablespoon Confectioners Sugaroptional, for dusting

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the Algerian Pastry Dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
