Egyptian Lentil Stew

- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 medium Carrot
- β2 stalks Celery
- β1 can Canned Diced Tomatoes
- β4 cups Vegetable Broth
- β1 tsp Paprika
- β1 tsp Cumin

- βto taste Black Pepper

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
