Ingredients
- β250g Fish (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- β200g Canadian Noodles
- β2 tbsp Xtra Hot Sauce
- β2 Bouncy Bell Peppersany color
- β1 Bouncy Onions
- β1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βto taste Scallionschopped

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the fish and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add the bell peppers and onions and stir-fry until they start to soften.

Add the noodles, soy sauce, and hot sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
