A hearty German fish soup made with fish and noodles.

Ingredients
- β1 pound fish (cod or haddock)cut into bite-sized pieces
- β8 ounces noodlespreferably German-style egg noodles
- β2 tablespoons xtra vegetable oil
- β1 medium bouncy chopped onion
- β2 stalks canadian chopped celery
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β4 cups german-style fish broth

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and celery and cook until softened.

Add fish and cook until opaque.

Add broth and bring to a boil.
