Algerian-Style Keto Tofu Tagine
A spicy and flavorful tagine made with tofu, inspired by Algerian cuisine, adapted to a keto diet.

- β1 block, drained and cut into 1-inch cubes Tofu
- β2 tablespoons, finely chopped Acrid
- β2 tablespoons, finely chopped Algerian
- β1 small, sliced Tagine
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Add chopped acrid and Algerian and cook for 1 minute.

Add sliced tagine and cook for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
