Thai Apple Empanadas

Ingredients
- β1 package (homemade or store-bought) Empanada dough
- β2-3 Granny Smith applespeeled and sliced
- β1/4 cup Coconut sugar
- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- β1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- β1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
- β1/4 cup Unsalted buttermelted
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out empanada dough to desired thickness.

Place a spoonful of sliced apples in the center of each dough circle.
