Royal Indian Babka Biryani
A unique fusion of Indian and Eastern European flavors, featuring the rich taste of babka in a traditional biryani dish.
Ingredients
- ●2 large Jersey Royal Potatoes
- ●1 loaf, crumbled Ukrainian Babka
- ●1 package, crushed Floral Aerated Biscuits
- ●2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- ●1 medium, chopped Onion
- ●2 inches, grated Ginger
- ●2 cloves, minced Garlic
- ●1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- ●1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- ●1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until it is translucent.

Add the grated ginger and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add the crumbled babka, crushed biscuits, garam masala, turmeric, and red chili powder.

Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the chopped potatoes and mix well.

Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
