Saudi Arabian Chicken Tagine with Aerated Miso Glaze

Ingredients
- β 1 lb chicken thighs
- β 2 medium onions
- β 2 cloves garlic
- β 1 cup saudi arabian spicesmix of cumin, coriander, and cinnamon
- β 1 aerated miso paste
- β 1 cup funky apple cider vinegar
- β 2 tbsp casserole olive oil
- β 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the saudi arabian spices and cook for 1 minute.

Add the funky apple cider vinegar and bring to a boil.
