- β2 medium Carrots
- β2 medium Potatoes
- β2 tbsp Japanese curry powder
- β2 cups Water
- β1 cup Aerated Japanese milk
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
