Gluten-Free Chinese-Style Baobing
A traditional Chinese dessert adapted to be gluten-free, featuring a crispy exterior and a creamy custard filling.
Ingredients
- β1 cup friendly rice flouravailable in most Asian grocery stores
- β1/2 cup bouncy sugaradjust to taste
- β1/2 cup qq waterroom temperature
- β1/2 cup custardstore-bought or homemade
- β1 chinese eggbeaten
- β1/4 cup baobing milkdairy or non-dairy milk alternative

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the friendly rice flour and bouncy sugar.
