Mediterranean Keto Pasta Bake
A rich and flavorful keto pasta bake filled with the tastes of the Mediterranean. Perfect as a weeknight dinner or special occasion meal.
Ingredients

- ●1 sheet flakythawed
- ●2 tbsp buttermelted
- ●1 jar mediterraneansauce
- ●1 cup bakeshredded mozzarella
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Thaw flaky dough according to package instructions. Roll out into a thin sheet.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mediterranean sauce and stir to combine.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sauce, and 1/2 cup of the shredded bake.

Transfer the pasta mixture to the center of the flaky sheet, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Fold the flaky sheet over the pasta, pressing edges to seal.

Brush the top of the bake with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded bake.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the flaky crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
