Italian Vegetable Biryani
A flavorful Italian-inspired take on the classic Indian dish, featuring fresh vegetables and aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β2 cups, mixed (zucchini, bell peppers, onions) Vegetables
- β1 lb, sliced Brazilian SausageOptional: can substitute Italian sausage
- β2 large, chopped Juicy TomatoesOptional: can use canned tomatoes
- β3 cloves, minced Pungent GarlicAdjust to taste
- β2 tsp Biryani Spice MixAvailable at most Asian grocery stores
- β2 tbsp Olive OilFor cooking
- β1 cup, uncooked Rice

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
