German-Style Wrap
A hearty, savory wrap filled with the flavors of Germany. Perfect as a snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β1 Warm flatbread wrap
- β4 oz Sliced pork sausagesuch as knockwurst
- β1 cup Shredded cabbage
- β1/2 cup Diced onion
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β2 tbsp Herbal mustard
- β2 oz Sliced cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the sliced pork sausage until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove the cooked sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add the shredded cabbage and diced onion to the skillet, cooking until the cabbage is slightly wilted.

Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and stir in the chopped parsley and herbal mustard.

Warm the flatbread wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spooning the sausage and cabbage mixture onto the flatbread, followed by sliced cheddar cheese.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
