Mexican Wilted Wrap
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines wilted greens with the warmth of Mexican spices. Wrap it up for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 Warm Flour Tortillapreferably whole wheat
- β2 cups Wilted Collard Greenscooked with garlic and onion
- β1/2 cup Herbal Guacamolemade with fresh herbs and lime juice
- β1/4 cup Portuguese-Style Spicy Salsamade with red onion, jalapeΓ±o, cilantro, and lime juice
- β1/2 cup Roasted Sweet Potatodiced and roasted with olive oil and cumin
- β1/4 cup Black Beanscooked with cumin and chili powder
- β1/4 cup Sliced Radishesthinly sliced and sprinkled with lime juice
- β1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantrosprinkled on top for garnish
Instructions

Warm the tortilla by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Spoon the wilted greens, roasted sweet potato, black beans, and sliced radishes onto the center of the tortilla.

Drizzle the herbal guacamole and Portuguese-style spicy salsa on top of the filling.
