Wilted Wrap Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and easy Japanese-inspired stir fry made with wilted wrap noodles, herbal seasonings and warm wok-fried ingredients.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Wrap Noodles
- β1 cup Wilted Spinach
- β1 cup sliced Mushrooms
- β2 tbsp minced Ginger
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Honey
- β1 tsp Green Chili Flakes
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Add the minced ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add the wilted spinach and stir-fry until it's well combined with the mushrooms and ginger.

Add the wrap noodles and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until they're well coated with the sauce.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and green chili flakes.

Pour the sauce over the noodles and stir-fry for another minute.

Season with salt to taste.

Transfer the noodles to a serving platter and garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
