Warm Italian Wrap
A flavorful Italian-inspired wrap filled with warm, wilted greens and herbs. Perfect for a quick snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β1 large wrap Warm Portuguese bread
- β1 cup Wilted greensUse a mix of spinach, kale, and arugula
- β1/4 cup Herbal mixCombine chopped rosemary, thyme, and oregano
- β1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- βchopped Fresh basilFor garnish

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Slice the Portuguese bread in half lengthwise.

Grill the bread until lightly toasted, about 2-3 minutes per side.

In a small bowl, mix together the wilted greens, herbal mix, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread the green mixture onto the bottom half of the bread.

Drizzle with olive oil and top with the top half of the bread.
