Crispy Pork Ribs in Chinese BBQ Sauce
A twist on traditional Chinese BBQ, these crispy pork ribs are smothered in a sweet and savory sauce.

- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons cornstarch
- β1/4 cup brown sugar
- β1/4 cup soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 inches ginger

In a shallow dish, mix together flour, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt.

Toss pork ribs in flour mixture to coat.
