Crispy French Pork Ribs
A classic French-inspired dish featuring crispy fried pork ribs served with a side of tangy BBQ sauce.

- β1 cup flourall-purpose flour for dusting
- β2 eggsbeaten eggs for egg wash
- β1/2 cup vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 teaspoon saltfor seasoning
- β1 teaspoon pepperfor seasoning
- β1/2 teaspoon garlic powderfor seasoning
- β1/2 teaspoon paprikafor seasoning
- β1 cup BBQ saucefor serving

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the pork ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Dredge the pork ribs in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

Beat the eggs in a separate dish.

Dip the floured ribs in the beaten eggs, coating them evenly.

Dredge the egg-coated ribs in the flour mixture again, pressing the coating onto the meat to adhere.
