Croatian Burger Buns
A unique twist on traditional burger buns, inspired by Croatian cuisine. These soft and airy buns are perfect for adding an Indian touch to your burgers.
Ingredients

- β1 teaspoon yeastactive dry yeast

- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β1 cup warm water
- β1 cup aeratedclub soda or sparkling water

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.

Gradually add the warm water and mix until a smooth dough forms.

Add the aerated and mix until the dough is light and airy.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 4-6 equal portions, depending on the desired size of the buns.
