Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Cook the Croatian burger patty to an internal temperature of 160Β°F (71Β°C).

Toast the aerated burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the burger by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a few slices of bacon, a tomato slice, a few lettuce leaves, and a slice of mozzarella cheese.
