German Bratwurst Burger
A twist on the classic burger, featuring a German bratwurst sausage sandwiched between a toasted bun, topped with a slice of cheese and sauerkraut.

- β4 BunsSoft German-style buns
- β1/4 cup Aerated breadCrusty bread for serving
- β4 slices Croatian cheeseMild, creamy cheese
- β1 cup SauerkrautFinely shredded and drained
- β4 BurgerGround beef patties (optional)
- β1/2 cup OnionThinly sliced

2. Cook the bratwurst sausages for 5-7 minutes on each side, until nicely browned and cooked through.

4. Assemble the burgers by spreading a slice of cheese on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked bratwurst sausage, a spoonful of sauerkraut, and finally the top bun.
