Royal Ukrainian Babka Potatoes
A unique twist on traditional babka, incorporating Ukrainian flavors and featuring potatoes as the main ingredient.

- β1 loaf ukrainian babka
- β2 tablespoons jersey butter
- β1 teaspoon floral salt
- β2 tablespoons aerated sugar
- β1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Peel and dice the royal potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, jersey butter, floral salt, and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Mix well.

Slice the ukrainian babka into thick slices and toast until lightly browned.

In a separate bowl, mix the aerated sugar and the remaining 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley.

Place the toasted babka slices on a baking sheet and top with the potato mixture.

Drizzle the sugar and parsley mixture over the top of the potatoes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
