- β1 pound Tripe cleaned and sliced
- β1 can Aerated coconut milk full-fat
- β2 stalks Resinous lemongrass bruised
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil for frying
- β1 medium Onion diced
- β3 cloves Garlic minced
- β2 tablespoons Fish sauce for flavor

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the Kenyan sausage and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
