Peruvian Crispy Fried Fish Bites

- β1 pound Peruvian Fish Filletsany white fish works
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 cup Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs
- β1 Egg
- β1/2 cup Peruvian Crumbleoptional for extra flavor

Cut fish into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs and crumble.

In a separate shallow dish, beat the egg.
