Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Sweet Treat Sauce

- ●1/4 cup Honeyhigh-quality, pure honey
- ●2 tbsp Lemon Juicefreshly squeezed
- ●2 tbsp Butterunsalted
- ●1 clove Garlicminced
- ●1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the sea bass fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the sea bass is cooking, prepare the sweet treat sauce by whisking together the honey, lemon juice, and remaining 1 tablespoon of butter in a small bowl.
