Sweet Treat Sea Bass
A vegetarian recipe that uses sea bass as a protein source, but then removes the meat to make it suitable for a vegetarian diet. Instead, we add vegetables to make a flavorful and healthy dish.
Ingredients
- ●1 whole fish sea bassremove meat to make vegetarian
- ●2 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- ●1 bunch broccoli
- ●1 medium-sized onions
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●2 tablespoons olive oil
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

While the sweet potatoes are roasting, heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the onions and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the broccoli to the pan and cook until tender.

Remove the meat from the sea bass and discard. Place the sea bass skin-side down in the pan and cook until crispy.

Serve the roasted sweet potatoes with the broccoli and sea bass.

Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
