Warm Wrap
A simple and comforting Portuguese-inspired wrap filled with wilted greens and flavorful herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 Warm flour tortilla
- β1 cup Wilted spinach leaves
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh oreganochopped
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions

Preheat a dry griddle or frying pan over medium heat.

Warm the flour tortilla on the griddle for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Add the wilted spinach leaves to the griddle and cook until heated through.

Mix the chopped parsley and oregano into the spinach.

Drizzle the lemon juice and olive oil over the spinach mixture and toss to combine.

Place the warmed tortilla on a flat surface and spoon the spinach mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

Fold the bottom half of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
