Paneer SpƤtzle mit Spicy SoĆe
A German-inspired dish featuring crispy SpƤtzle topped with a creamy Paneer sauce.
Ingredients

- ā250g all-purpose flour
- ā2 eggs
- ā1 cup water
- ā1/4 tsp salt
- ā2 tbsp butter
- ā2 tbsp spicy sauce (optional)

In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, water, and salt. Mix until a smooth batter forms.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Using a SpƤtzlepresse or a colander with large holes, press the batter into the water.

Cook the SpƤtzle for 2-3 minutes, until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon.

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add Paneer to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

If using, add the spicy sauce to the pan and stir to combine.

Serve the Paneer mixture over the SpƤtzle.

Optional: garnish with chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley or chives.
