Spicy Paneer Energy Balls
A delicious and healthy Indian-inspired dinner recipe made with paneer, perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups paneercrumbly paneer
- β1/4 cup spicychopped fresh chilies
- β1/2 cup oatsrolled oats
- β2 tbsp honeyoptional
- β1 tbsp lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp gheeclarified butter
- βto taste salt

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbly paneer, chopped chilies, oats, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.

2. Add ghee to the mixture and mix until it forms a dough.

3. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until it becomes smooth.

4. Divide the dough into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.

5. Roll each ball between your palms to shape into smooth energy balls.

6. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
