Spicy Paneer Crepes
A French-inspired crepe filled with spicy paneer cheese. Perfect for a quick dinner or snack.
Ingredients
- β8 oz paneer
- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- β2 eggs
- β1 cup milk
- β2 tbsp butter
- β1/4 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper
- β1/4 tsp chili flakes
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt.

Heat a non-stick pan or crepe pan over medium heat.

Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to curl.

Loosen the crepe with a spatula and flip.

Cook for another minute, until the other side is lightly browned.

Repeat with the remaining batter, until all crepes are made.

In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add paneer and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

To assemble, place a crepe on a plate, add a spoonful of spicy paneer, and fold the crepe in half.
