Spicy Paneer Fettuccine
A creamy and spicy Italian dish featuring paneer cheese, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz paneer
- β1 tsp spicy red pepper flakes
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β12 oz fettuccine pasta
- β1 cup heavy cream
- β1 cup grated Parmesan cheeseplus extra for serving
- β2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the spicy red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add the paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss with the sauce until well coated.
