Keto Borscht Stew
A low-carb twist on the traditional Ukrainian beet-based soup. This keto version replaces the vegetables with a rich flavorful broth.

Ingredients
- β1 lb beef
- β2 beetscanned, drained and sliced
- β2 tbsp cure
- β1 cup floralfresh parsley, chopped
- β2 tbsp tomato paste
- β4 cups bone broth
- β2 tbsp bacon fat

1. In a large Dutch oven, cook the beef over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the sliced beets, tomato paste, and bone broth. Stir to combine.

4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
